Our managers, before sending the goods to the buyer, very carefully check the ordered goods for defects and damage, we are not interested in sending defective or substandard goods, because we pay for the return of goods of improper quality. If upon receipt of the goods was found a defect from the manufacturer or any defects, the buyer may return or exchange the goods.

Terms of guarantees for certain types of goods:

  • Backpacks and small leather goods (purses, wallets) - 30 days.
  • Men's and women's bags, travel bags - 50 days.
  • Suitcases of all types and sizes - 70 days.

Upon receipt of the goods, the buyer must carefully inspect the goods. After signing the document of receipt of the goods, the goods are considered purchased.

If the product did not suited  for any reason, did not like, expected more - the buyer has the right to return the purchased goods in our online store under the following conditions:

  • no more than 14 days have passed since the date of purchase of the goods;
  • the purchased product was not used in any way;
  • the presence of the original tag, packaging;
  • the product does not have any mechanical damage.

When exchanging and returning goods of proper quality, the buyer pays for delivery in full, in both directions.

To return faulty goods you must:

  1. report the defect to the managers of the online store «Yasvit», no later than 14 days from the date of purchase;
  2. provide documents confirming the fact of purchase of goods in the «Yasvit» store;
  3. the original tag must be provided with the product
  4. the existing defect is not the result of violation of the rules of care and operation of the goods.

Refund will made in full within 1-7 days (minus the delivery price and bank fees).

WARNING !!! Airlines, carrier companies are directly responsible in case of damage to your parcel or it`s loss.The seller and the manufacturer, in this case, are not responsible for the purchased goods.

Do not be afraid to contact the airline on arrival at the airport with claims of damage to luggage and compensation for damage.

Promotional goods are not subject to return and exchange.
